1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at thewipecrew.com or booking any service from The Wipe Crew Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
The Wipe Crew provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. Services include but are not limited to:
- Standard house cleaning
- Deep cleaning / first-time cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Declutter & organize
- Double deep cleaning
- Hourly cleaning
All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking based on availability.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed on our website are estimates based on the information you provide (service type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms).
- Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property, additional services requested, or special circumstances.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- Gift card purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Gift cards have no expiry date and are redeemable toward any service.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- By the Client: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- By The Wipe Crew: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date at no additional cost.
6. Access & Entry
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply. Please ensure:
- Pets are secured in a safe area
- Valuables and fragile items are stored safely
- Clear entry instructions are provided in your booking notes
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed cleaning. We will arrange a re-clean of the areas in question at no additional charge.
8. Liability & Insurance
- The Wipe Crew carries liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our team during a service.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service, accompanied by photos where possible.
- We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items left in unsafe positions.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the repair/replacement value of the damaged item, whichever is less.
9. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
- Gift cards have no expiry date.
- Gift cards are redeemable toward any cleaning service offered by The Wipe Crew.
- If the service cost exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance is the client's responsibility.
- Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Wipe Crew Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false or misleading information in bookings or contact forms
- Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality or security
- Use the website in any way that could damage our reputation or business
12. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Changes to Terms
