Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Absolutely. Every member of our team goes through a thorough background check and reference verification, and is fully insured. We only send cleaners to your home that we would trust in our own.
What is included in a standard clean?
A standard clean covers all the essentials: dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping all floors, wiping down the kitchen (counters, sink, stovetop exterior), cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, tub/shower, mirrors), and tidying living areas. For full details, check our Services page.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean handles regular upkeep, while a deep clean is far more intensive. It includes everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, door frames, inside the oven, and detailed attention to hard-to-reach areas. We recommend starting with a deep clean if it's your first booking or if it's been a while since your last clean.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most clients provide access via a key, lockbox, or door code. Our cleaners are fully vetted and insured, so you can go about your day with complete peace of mind.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all the professional-grade supplies and equipment needed. If you have a preference — for example fragrance-free or eco-friendly products — mention it when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind every clean. If you're not satisfied, reach out within 24 hours and we'll send someone back to address any missed areas at no extra charge.
How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?
You can reschedule or cancel by phone, text, or email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM, and weekends by request.
Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?
We do! Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly plans. Recurring clients enjoy discounted rates, and our most popular options are tri-weekly and monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?
